With the change to Southern California East AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) Football & Cheer Conference, the Board of Directors of Rim Youth Football and Cheer is taking the opportunity to reevaluate the way our coaches are selected. We feel, along with our new Conference, that our players are held to a very high standard and feel our coaches need to be above reproach as well.

Each Head Coach Candidate will be evaluated by a committee and voted into his or her position by the Board of Directors. This process will occur each year and every head coach will need to be reselected each year. Assistant Coaches will still remain at the discretion of the Head Coach and will be subject to approval of the Board. We hope this will only help to improve our league as a whole and the experience of our children.

If you are interested in being considered for a Head Coach position, please contact RYFL's Athletic Director, Melanie Ortiz at (909) 273-4554.
